Isaiah 43: 1-2 Going Through Deep Water

The following bible verse is from the Life Recovery Bible NLT by Tyndale House. Do not be afraid, for I have ransomed you. I have called you by name; you are mine. When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not burn up; the flames will not consume you. Addiction takes an individual through the fires of destruction and back. Recovery leads that individual from the drowning point to a point of refreshment in the Living Waters of God. There come a time when the addict may feel there in no point of return. There is a point of return called Celebrate Recovery. Celebrate Recovery brings individuals with hurts, habits, and hangups a life vest called new life. Addicts are not fire walkers but they think they are. An addict will alway get burned in the end. You cannot expect to play with fire and come out unscathed. God heals the burn of addiction and oppression. God gives us new life in him through his Living water……His Words and promises are the healing balm to whatever troubles you may face.
